Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all bookings with The Glam Fairies Ltd, 71 Vyse Street, Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham, B18 6EX. By booking an appointment you agree to them.
Consultations
A consultation costs £40. If you go ahead with treatment, the £40 is taken off your treatment price. Some treatments, including anti-wrinkle injections, always require a face-to-face consultation before treatment.
Booking fee
Treatment appointments are secured with a £40 booking fee, paid by bank transfer. The booking fee is non-refundable and cannot be moved to another appointment. It is taken off your treatment price on the day of your appointment.
Suitability
You must be 18 or over to have treatment. You must give accurate medical history and tell us about any changes before each appointment. Your practitioner may decline or postpone treatment if it is not safe or suitable for you.
Photo ID
For insurance purposes, we may ask you to provide photo ID before treatment.
Results
Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. Many treatments need a course of sessions and good aftercare to achieve the best results.
Photographs and Model Days
We take clinical photographs for your records. We only share images publicly with your written consent. Model Day appointments are offered at a reduced price on the understanding that before and after images and videos may be used to promote The Glam Fairies.
Payment
Payment for treatment is due on the day. Course prices must be agreed at the start of the course. Financing may be available on some courses.
